The Digital Asset aspect of the system allows a production to manage
the large amount of files created during the full process from pre to
post, to be sorted, managed, distributed and tracked easily.
On the fly image watermarking, video watermarking and pdf watermarking
allows for easy distribution of storyboards, previz and even scripts.
We also use the latest in encryption, secure file transfer and network
technology to allow simple and secure automated distribution of assets
to multiple vendors or locations all around the world with a single
click.
Access control allows a user to have limited access to files within the
system; thereby reducing the amount of physical media that can be
misplaced or stolen.
The system is fully self managed, allowing an administrator to have
full control over productions, vendors, department coding structures,
scenes, file classes, user access, as well as viewing logs of who has
viewed, saved and printed what assets.
Another special feature is the ability to connect to any database and
pull, push and compare data. This is useful when the production has
file maker or other databases containing relevant information to the
data stored withing the assest system
